At Penning, we offer have a number of answers for improved water quality. From single-source filters to whole-house water filtration systems, we do it all…and that includes periodic service and repairs as needed. In fact, we can even repair your current system, even if it was installed by someone else.

Are you a candidate for water purification? You are if any of the following conditions exist:

Hard Water

There’s no health risk here, but it can be a real pain:

• Soap and detergents don’t foam as well as they should;
• Unsightly scale deposits on dishes and glasses;
• Scale deposits on fixtures, which can impede water pressure;
• A reduced efficiency in your hot water heater;

Acidic Water

Water with a low pH factor (less than 6.5) can be highly acidic and corrosive. You’ll notice blue-green stains on your sinks, drains, and clothes. Acidic water can also pose health risks when metal ions – such as lead, manganese, and copper – enter and contaminate your water supply.

Excess Iron

You’ll notice brownish water stains in your sinks and toilets, and on your clothes.
